Join our Stroke Recovery Group, where we aim to create a centralised space for people in recovery or with caring responsibilities. We will collaborate with services to offer help with benefits and welfare rights, carer support, and any of the issues highlighted by group members. We also promote volunteering opportunities with our community project partners. Together, we can navigate the recovery process and establish a strong support network. We are a community support organisation started by a family with personal experience
Supporting survivors, families and carers to move forward.

Activity Spotlight
Activities to inspire physical, emotional and cognitive improvement.

We look forward to collaboration with external partners to provide a diverse of activities, including art classes, music sessions, dance and body movement, and chair yoga. These carefully designed sessions and programs aim to promote health and well-being, allowing participants to engage in enjoyable experiences that benefit both mind and body. We invite you to join us in exploring these opportunities for wellness. Activities will be decided by the people who will eventually be participating.
Community Hub Model: Bringing in vital wrap around services.

Welcome to our Stroke Group, which serves as a central hub within a collaborative model. Each session, we strive to partner with 2 or 3 agencies on-site to deliver crucial support and expert guidance. While we recognize that are not specialists in all fields, we are dedicated to connecting individuals with the most qualified professionals to address significant concerns. Together, we aim to enhance the well-being of our community.

"I've worked with some of the team on different projects previously and can't wait for the group to kick off. In the past year, 2 of my uncles have had strokes, which have severely impacted their day-to-day lives."

"I first met some members of the team about 20 years ago at Sunny G Radio. It’s been wonderful to see what they have achieved since then. I am absolutely confident that this company will be a success. The area truly needs something new, and the timing couldn’t be better."

"I recently spent months looking for places to take my Father after his release from the hospital. When I say the options were limited, I was completely shocked at the lack of provision available to stroke survivors after hospital release. This shouldn't be left to local people to try and fix; thankfully, the guys are stepping up when needed.
